Kochi : Nivin Pauly and Mamitha Baiju’s Bethlehem Kudumba Unit is continuing its impressive run at the box office after receiving a strong response from audiences. The film, which was released in theatres on August 21, 2026, has emerged as one of the major performers of the Onam box-office season.
According to the latest available box-office tracking estimates, Bethlehem Kudumba Unit has grossed approximately ₹171.50 crore worldwide so far. The film has reportedly collected around ₹84 crore gross in India and approximately ₹87.50 crore from overseas markets, while its India net collection is estimated at around ₹72.05 crore.
The film has performed particularly well in Kerala, where strong audience support and the festive Onam season helped drive its box-office momentum. Reports had earlier indicated that the film was nearing the ₹50 crore gross mark in Kerala during its opening week.
Following the positive response to the Malayalam version, the makers are now preparing to expand the film’s reach beyond the Malayalam-speaking audience. The Tamil and Telugu dubbed versions of Bethlehem Kudumba Unit are scheduled to hit theatres on September 4, 2026.
The upcoming multilingual release could provide another major boost to the film’s overall box-office performance. With its strong run in Malayalam theatres and increasing interest among audiences outside Kerala, expectations are high for the Tamil and Telugu releases.
Powered by the popularity of Nivin Pauly and Mamitha Baiju and supported by positive audience response, Bethlehem Kudumba Unit is strengthening its position as one of the biggest Malayalam box-office successes of the 2026 Onam season.
