PARAVUR: Chief Minister VD Satheesan announced that foundation stones have been laid for two more houses in the Paravur constituency under the ‘Punarjani’ rehabilitation initiative. The update was shared via his official Facebook handle.
The construction of the new homes has commenced at Pazhedath (Peruvaram) and Kannamparambu (Valiya Pallamthuruth). The housing initiative is being executed in partnership with the Muthoot Pappachan Group as part of their corporate social responsibility drive.
In his social media statement, the Chief Minister highlighted the impact of the initiative, stating: “Punarjani is a project that breathed new life into Paravur. Punarjani will continue.”
The Punarjani project was conceived to support families who lost their homes during severe flooding and to assist underprivileged households in the region. The initiative continues to expand its reach through public-private partnerships, bringing sustainable housing solutions to more deserving families in Paravur.
