​According to the letter, Mr. Rajagopal was enduring a period of “considerable anxiety and uncertainty” surrounding the renewal of his passport due to unexpected administrative hurdles. Caught in a complex bureaucratic labyrinth, he reached out to the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) for help.

The prompt attention and timely intervention by Chief Minister V. D. Satheesan ensured that a fair hearing was conducted and the lawful process prevailed. Mr. Rajagopal confirmed that the matter has now been completely resolved and he has successfully received his passport.
